Default 2006 GS 300 with 180k mi

I'm new to this site and i'm in the market for a 06 Lexus Gs300. I found one within my price range, it's an 06 with 180k mileage. What type of service should have been done at this point and what should i look for? Thanks.

Here is the carfax report, there's been a total of 4 owners so far. Is this something i should be concern about?

EDIT: found a 07 gs350 but this one has close to 190k miles. Owner says its mostly highway miles from driving to work. I dont like the high mileage but what can i expect from these type of cars with this amount of mileage? How reliable are the gs350?

I would not recommend that car. The GS300s have many, many maintenance issues and that one has high mileage. Run away. Shop for a 2007 and up GS350. They have many improvements over the 300 and are a much better car.

I had GS300's before, both were 300K + with no maintenance issues, besides engine oil filling sooner than expected but it was fine. If it fits your budget and its a clean car then why not? if your price range is more flexible I would get 08+.

Thanks for the info, there's actually a 07 gs350 that i was looking at also, but this one is about $3k more than the 06 gs300 i had in mind. I might go check the 07 gs350 this weekend. Will update.

Find a 430. The most reliable out of the 4 (300,350,450h,460).

From what I saw on this forum, very good. Some travelling salesman guy sold his in the mid 200s, and it is still on the road supposedly. Except for the oil clogging/piston drain hole issue (not even sure if it is a thing on the 350) you are fine. In CA you don't have to worry about rotted exhaust like here. I think for a high mileage used performance car you aren't getting any better from any manufacturer. If it was a BMW, Mercedes, Jag, I would say RUN!
I know this platform was used overseas under a brand called "Toyota Crown Athlete" and was intended for civilian, police and taxi use (like a crown vic). It is not a delicate car by any means. 5K OCIs with a top tier oil (like Pennzoil plat), you should be good to go for a long time.

Only issue I see here are water pumps, I was thinking of replacing mine but I don't see any seepage.
