i have no customize options available for any of my options
has any else ever come across this, its taken me all night to get gts set up working with the OTS vim
now this. all live data and active tests work fine , just no customize cheers

 

What are you trying to change? They're sometimes hidden in other options.

 

Anything door unlock in park and lock over 20kph

I used to work for Toyota and lexus. And have done courses on global techstream when it first came out.

But I've never used these software out of the dealer on my own pc and vim. Is this a driver error or techstream software error.
Was wondering who else is had this issue and how it was resolved..

 

Is it properly detecting your car? I see nov in on the image, either you remove it on purpose or the software didnt detect your car correctly, It happened to me once when connecting to a '13 GS 350, turns out I was running an old version of TS
