Flashing AC Light
2006 Gs 300 when I press my Ac to turn on the light will come on for 2-3 seconds and than starts flashing and its not blowing out cold air.
I'm here in Dallas Texas and I really need to get it fix. I know theres Freon in the car but I've been searching and havent found anything on flashing AC light for 3rd gen GS 300.

Do you hear the compressor kicking in when you turn the AC on?
If my memory doesn't betray me that flashing indicates that there's a difference between the engine speed and the compressor speed, I used to have a RX that everytime I passed through a high water puddle the belt slipped and throwed me that flashing, it turned off the compressor to protect the system, long story short after digging it turned
out my belt was almost gone.
Have you checked the quality of your serpentine? Also the sensor that I was telling you, is the speed sensor, it can also throw that alert as well or a malfunction inside the compressor, better check it because if the compressor got stuck you will end up with a serpentine out In the middle of the road. Not good..
I would suggest taking the car to an AC shop and make them check the refrigerant level, using the gauges you can also rule out a bad compressor I understand a 100/100 reading indicates that it's not engaging.
Keep us posted!!
