Should I buy high mileage 450h
Looking into picking up a 2007 gs450h sometime this month with 120k miles. Hybrid battery recently changed.
Would this car be a good buy if everything checks out?
Anything in particular that is a common problem in these cars? Any advice would be appreciated.

Considering the battery was recently replaced, I don't think there is much of an issue with the car. I have owned a Gs450h for a year and it has been a dream.
You may want to look for a +2008 for oem bluetooth music streaming, although I am testing a grom vline out right now and it has been great. There was also a bumper refresh for 2008. The adaptive sway bars might be something to look for. To check if a gs450h is equipped with this simply look in the spare wheel well. If the wheel is missing and replaced by components the car is equipped with the adaptive sway bars.
Go test drive it and see if you like it. It's a different experience.
Note: You will have a significantly smaller trunk. This has been my only nit picky thing about this car.

Thanks for the info. I am just using this vehicle to commute so trunk space is not going to be huge deal for me at the moment.
Would you know what the 100k mile service includes? The current owner did mention that the service is due.
Any other large expense I should anticipate?

Just an FYI from a 4 year owner.
The 450H doesn't get as good fuel mileage as the 350 on the freeway BUT you'd have a 340 horsepower sled that is really fun to drive and averages 27 MPG with mix driving.
If your commute is strictly freeway don't think the hybrid powertrain will keep the fuel expenses down
We have a GS350 and my 450h in the family and the 350 sees 33 mpg constantly on the highway where I will see 31
