Just got my car back from Lexus Service and this piece was in my center console. Does anyone know where it goes?

Thanks Silent! It clipped on. One other queston is there a black cover in this place? It seems like there should be. Also if there is a cover what is the part number?

Mine never had a black cover, but you are right that it looks like one should be there.
