Default Front Headlight Washer Nozzle Cover

Somehow the chrome nozzle cover over my driver side headlight washer cover fell off. I went to the Lexus dealer this morning to see about getting a replacement part and to my shock they told me I would have to purchase the washer unit as well ($350). What was upsetting to me was when I asked for the part number, I was told Lexus is no longer allowed to provide part numbers. What happened to customer service?

My question...trying to find out if I am able to find the replacement chrome cover (aftermarket) if the piece would fit? More importantly the parts guy told me in order to replace the chrome cover I would have to remove the entire front bumper. I did see the replacement part on EBAY.

Has anyone replaced the washer nozzle cover before, and if so how difficult of a job is it? thanks

No no you don't have to remove the bumper how ridiculous that is.

All you do is grab needle nose pliers and pull it right out I would replace the nozzle because it will not fit tightly on the new one

Last time I went to the dealership was 3 months ago, but I doubt it has changed a lot ever since, and they printed me a quotation for some parts, with the parts numbers. So his assertion is a lie.
