Hi, My 08 GS keep showing low engine oil light on every 2 months after oil change. And I can't see any oil leaking mark under the car and ground.
I'm wondering if there is any issue relate with the last recall.

Yup...absolutely! There is a thread here recently where a few of us chimed in that our GS350's (especially after 90k) will burn about 1 qt of oil for every 1k miles. Lexus says this is "acceptable". Look up or search "Oil Consumption".

How many miles are on yours and how many miles until the light comes on?

 

I got 102k on mine. Yeah, every 2K miles then the light will be on. Is this normal, right?

My 2008 GS 460 even eats about a qt every 1k miles too...

 

I just filled 1 qt yesterday. It's not even reach the normal level. But I just let it be. Since I might do oil change in another 2.5k mile. Let's see how long it can last.
I'm just wondering how can Lexus think this is normal.
I used to owned a 2000 Acura TL with 200k miles on it. never showed this problem. Maybe it doesn't have the oil level sensor like the GS?
