I'll take a stab in the dark since I'm new here. I would run by an auto store and have them reset your codes with an OBD unless you have one. Then monitor it and see if it comes back on. I'm not 100% on why just replacing the bulbs would throw a CEL though unless it has something to do with a wattage issue.

I didn't even think about that. I took mine out when I did it for better access and yes your MAF sensor can definitely throw codes. That's an easy troubleshoot also. Pop the hood and disconnect and reconnect and make sure it's secure.
