plastic cover screws?

Hey guys recently i've wanted to access to my filter for my GS350 and i noticed i'm missing a few of these cover screws? holders? (IDK wat to call them) and i'm not exactly sure how to take these out....

left up an edge with a flathead screwdriver and grab the base with needle nose pliers and yank er out. I use the Christmas tree retainers I get from Lowes. Very easy to work with

plastic screws
are these single use only or can you reuse them

I reuse mine. Christmas tree buttons are the best I have found for the under hood engine cover clips. they are silver and in the hardware section. look for the automotive fastner drawer

My dealer gave me a bag of them after I complained about them breaking everytime...ask your dealership....they will probably give you a handful...
