Change both....if you are planning on keeping the car for a while. Lexus is only concerned about up until the warranty expires...maybe a lil longer than that.

All you have to do is look at some of the transmission thread on this forum alone...shift issues start appearing around 100k...$300 is a hell of a lot cheaper than $6,000.

Every Lexus and Toyota dealership I have talked to has now changed their stance on that and recommends changing it at 100k. I changed mine at 60k and I have 63k now...

Yup. Its a small price to pay for that service to get the piece of mind. I have paid for it and would pay again when necessary for the piece of mind period.
