check system display
Well check if the switch underneath the glove box was tripped. The car can programmed for two TPMS's. Try pressing that switch and see if the light shuts off. This happened to me after my car got detailed. Let us know if that works. Good luck.
I did try pressing that button you speak of and got nothing, all the dealer (not lexus) keeps doing is clearing the code, then after a couple hours it comes back, now i have been told that the weather change will trigger it, but it seems like im gonna have to go to a Lexus dealer to rectify said problem, but I'm gonna try to replace all the sensors first, and yes the tpms light is on plus the red light
Ok well it sounds like you have a deeper problem. I would try and checking if your dealer has a handheld scanner that can determine if the sensor is dead. All they do is put the scanner next to each sensor and they are able to get readings from each sensor and the one that doesn't respond usually means its dead. Well good luck with this and hopefully they find the issue, cuz that light is sure annoying.

Did I break off one of the TPMS sensors or something?

I'll try that switch under the steering wheel but I'm not hopeful at this point...
