Any idea on what could be causing this with a 2008 GS 350. I have LED Parking lights and HID kit on the fog lights. This happened once before after I got a service at Lexus and went away a few days later. This time it isn't going away. You can hear the clicking in the Fuse box in the video.

maybe faulty relay? have you tried swapping with another for testing purposes?
