Does anyone know whether there are any speedometer settings in Techstream so I can fix this issue? I just got a set of 235/45R17 to replace the stock 225/50R17 so there shouldn't be much difference... and yet, I'm only going 52 MPH when my speedometer is reading 60 MPH. It seems to be about 8 MPH high at most of the speeds I compared with my two GPS devices. This is more than the 7% that Lexus supposedly has for their tolerance, so something's wrong for sure.
Indeed - I also did the calculation and it indicated that the difference should be around 2 MPH based on the tire size. The speedometer was already about 2 MPH off, and so the total difference should be about 4 MPH at the most. However, as I noted, it's around 8 MPH even at low speed, and as much as 10 MPH at high speed.
