Default Speedometer reading far too high (more than 10%)

Does anyone know whether there are any speedometer settings in Techstream so I can fix this issue? I just got a set of 235/45R17 to replace the stock 225/50R17 so there shouldn't be much difference... and yet, I'm only going 52 MPH when my speedometer is reading 60 MPH. It seems to be about 8 MPH high at most of the speeds I compared with my two GPS devices. This is more than the 7% that Lexus supposedly has for their tolerance, so something's wrong for sure.

Do you have another car to test your two GPS systems on? I'm curious if whether the GPS is out of sync rather than your Lexus.

Also, what size tires are you rolling on?

Have tried in my brother's LS - GPS is accurate (his speedometer is off, but not by as much). Tire size is in the first post.

However, as I noted, it's around 8 MPH even at low speed, and as much as 10 MPH at high speed.

I see it now, sorry about that.

I believe my speedometer's 4-5mph off at high speed (considering I'm doing 70MPH on a 65), that means at high speed you should be off 2-3.

I'll remeasure tomorrow to make sure. I take my readings off of phone GPS & the speed trap machine the highway has (as there's construction).

I'm just trying to see if it's something I can fix without having to bring it in to the dealer. It would be under warranty but that is a hassle.
