Help tonight with windshield wiper replacement

I didn't know the inserts were such a PITA.
I've never had to replace my wipers *knock on wood*
FL weather's pretty bad, but it didn't really ever kill my GS' wipers all these years. Lexus replaced it as a courtesy upon doing my timing belt service.
I plan on replacing the inserts in the future, as people have no idea how crappy the aftermarket wipers are.
I have learned my lesson from my mother's Honda Odyssey. LOL
