how, does anyone have a DIY on changing the windshield wipers on 2007 lexus is250? can anyone help me give me some directions on how to remove the blades. thanks guys

 

Basically, they slide right out when you push in the clip. 1 second each side to change.

 

That's if you are changing the whole blade assembly, an expensive way to go. I just replace the rubber inserts. (which are changed the same way as every other car I've ever had, by sliding them out and transferring the metal stiffeners to the new insert, and then reinserting them)

 

Wiper blade assemblies are roughly a couple bucks (non-dealer) more than the insert themselves. Some people do not have the patience or skill to slide the rubber insert into the previous blade. Sounds like this member would like to got the method which requires the least effort.
