It's an 2007 GS350 with Mark Levinson sound. The disk changer accepts and rejects normally but wouldn't play. After accepting a disk, it would immediately display a message "DVD error" and nothing sound up. There's no clicking sound or anything. I've been giving it CD only. The rest of audio like SAT, AM/FM, bluetooth and navigation work just fine.

I googled and there's an 08 GS350 owner experienced similar situation, then someone advised him to discharge the battery or bring in for warranty (mine is out of warranty.) I disconnected the battery and left alone for 30 mins but the CD changer didn't work after reconnecting.

I hope there would be an easy fix. Does anyone have any idea?
