When doing any sort of swap like this its best to purchase a whole parts vehicle. If you buy just the engine and start buying parts left and right youll lose a ton of time and money on the project. Finding a wrecked ISF and using it for the donor swap is the best thing to do. Plus you can part out the rest of the parts and may break even on the deal.
It should be around or a bit more than that, they'll have to rewire your system from A-Z on that car. Especially with the fact there's absolutely ZERO support for this anywhere right now.

Agreed . You'll definitely stand out from the crowd, and you won't be swaying away from your Toyota heritage like most people (LS-series swaps on almost every other car make and model).
