50 point inspection = digging for revenue more so than concerned about your safety

uneven tire wear will not create a bent rim... (well ok it could in extreme circumstances but not in avg road application and beleive me, you'd feel it before rim bent but you made no indication such)

alignment (among other things) will cause uneven tire wear - did they show you the differences? Look at treads on each tire... wear should be even across from shoulder to shoulder - exception being rear tires which have sizable inside shoulder wear on AWD GS due to toe setting and negative camber set up. You're in MN and likely have A/S tires which generally have symmetric/consistent tread pattern. If wear is uneven, yeah an alignment is good idea.

bent rim could be from pothole, curb, etc. If you're tires/wheels are balancing out fine (w/o a ton of weights all over the place) then not really a worry.

If you truly need a new rim, check ebay for cheap OEM take offs or get this one repaired. FWIW, you could almost buy 2 whole sets for $600 (depending on style...).

Full details (i.e. models, mileage, etc.) along w/ sentences and punctuation really help readability which helps us, help you. Thus also why 28 views before one reply.

Good luck

You can look on ebay or in the classified here. What wheel and size are you looking for?

Also another option is to good a wheel repair shop in your area. A lot of place can straighten your wheel and charge 50-90 bucks depending on the damage.

I agree with above, if your rim was really bent (especially the front) you would feel a vibration when driving above 40 mph. Probably just need an alignment.

If they said the wheel is bent, most likely it is bent. Dealer is not going to fabricate damage parts that they can visually see. IMO best solution is to repair the damaged rim, and do an alignment. Maybe he doesnt feel any vibrations because he is used to it vibrating. All he will do is keep chewing up tires.

Well I just put 2 new tires on the front and when the guy was balancing it he said there was a slight wobble but very small, I don't think I notice anything feels smooth to me. Also for the uneven tire wear the one tire was worn down more then the other 3 they were worn evenly on the tires them self
