Default a little goodie

i have a 06 gs300, if you hold the unlock button on the remote the windows roll down, some might not know this

and if you stick the key in the door and hold lock or unlock they also go up and down

a few people have found this out the hard way (ie raining outside and not realizing they are sitting on their fob)

You can have lexus set it to open the sunroof, tilt the sunroof, or don't open the sunroof at all. You can even have them disable the entire feature in case you are worried of accidentally doing it.

Designo, if you hold lock on your key fob, do your windows roll up? If I remember correctly, you aren't driving a US spec car correct? Just curious.

I accidentally opened everything part way sitting on the fob inside once... went outside that night and did a little freakout wondering why my windows were open until it clicked in my head about what happened.

i doubt his would be programmed that much different for a little feature. probably the same as here, wont work holding the lock button but using the key in the door handle and holding it will roll them up

aw, wish I could close my windows with the lock button just like yours.

Mine is gs430 '06. Open only, no closing by remote. When it rain I have to run out. LOL

Why didn't they incorporate that function with all the GS's? Doesn't make sense...I'm officially jelly Designo! haha
