Sometimes Lexus does some unexplainable things. How hard would it have been to make all the cars have the feature to roll them up. C'mon man!

So jealous! Its a safety thing though, only car I know of in America that will let you roll up the windows on the car with the stock fob is a mercedes, and you have to literally point the fob at the drivers side door handle, where there is an IR receiver for them to go up. That insures you have visual proof that there is nothing obstructing the window, and that nothing will get caught.

But dang I wish I could roll my windows up with my keyfob

you are lucky designo, thank you for posting the video

Thanks guys, Middle East spec GS's differ in strange ways I have come to learn from this forum.

For example:

1. My GS460 is detuned from 342hp to 322hp. Don't ask me why! First I thought it was because of the sulfur in our fuel that affects DFI engines. But later discovered my engine is EFI. So it was a marketing decision so it doesn't out perform the LS460.

2. I have a full size 18" wheel as a spare in my trunk! With lot's of room to spare as well.

3. I have LSD

4. I don't have AVS

5. My ECT says Power & Normal

6. This feature mentioned in this thread

Does't your car also say "Speed limit exceeded" after a set speed? It also flashes the red alert triangle "!" if I'm not mistaken, is that correct?
