Default Car turns right while breaking?

I've noticed recently when I'm coming to a stop and I'm breaking my car wants to turn right like if I were to let go of the steering wheel it will vier to the right any Ideas, I'm not sure when the brakes were done but they look good. Also I noticed at the very slightest when I'm on the highway my steering wheel is just barely to the right not sure if there related thanks

It is possible your right front caliper is dragging. You will usually experience more heat from that side, inner brake pad wear and possible smell from the additional friction. You will need to replace both front calipers if that is what it turns out to be.

It is possible your alignment is out, your caster or camber. It will be magnified when braking.

You do NOT automatically have to replace both calipers b/c one is frozen. If other side is working fine you leave it be.

You will however definitely need to replace both sets of pads on that axle and likely rotors too...

Good luck

I would let someone who knows the brakes, and who you trust, inspect the problem first, before throwing any money at it. I could be a frozen left caliper, in that case your right side pads would be worn noticably more. It could also be leaking left caliper, then your left rotor gets brake fluid on it and doesn't brake as effectivle as the right one.

I have this same issue. I brought my car in amount a month ago and they did the engine rebuild thing for the carbon buildup issue, but I still have the braking problem and my car still feels out of alignment. Today when I tried to brake I lost control (because the car lost control of the road) and it was terrifying. I hate this car- one problem after another. Looks like it's time to go back to the dealer.
