Default Leather issues??

I noticed that the leather is lifting a bit on my rear seat.
I also noticed that some people had similar issues...Is this normal with GS's?

Want to give us an idea as to how old and many miles you car is/has?
Our crystal ***** are all on the blink, so you'll need to help us out, until they're fixed again!

That looks exactly like a seat that somebody has used to sit on.

guys...
car is a ONE owner car.
From time to time someone will sit back there but it is much less then the time i spend sitting in the drivers seat...(obvious)
So no ceystal ball needed or calls to miss Clio. The issue is on this one seat.
My drivers seat is normal and so are the other seats,

Do your passengers weigh more than you?
Do they tend to sit on that side more?
Is the opposite side like the day it came from the factory?
Have you chatted with your dealership about your concern?
Again, no age or mileage given, so we can't gauge whether it's scandalous or fair wear and tear.

Sorry---

2008
71,000 miles
This is the rear seat on the drivers side.
Very few times Someone will sit back there.
No it did not come out of factory like this.
No i gave not chatted with the dealer because they are ridiculously unintelligent over here.

I didn't ask if it came like that, but what the other side looked like, presuming it has seen less bums.
If it too is looking a bit 2nd hand, then I suspect you'll be told it's fair wear & tear.
If it looks pristine, and has seated a few heavyweights, then that seat above's cushion might be defective.
Hard to say unless you can look at similarly aged and mileage rear seats, and gauge from them if yours is worse, much the same, or in better shape.

Also... the sun does a nice job of cushion degradation. If the car spends time in it, the seats will wear at an accelerated rate.

Sun wouldn't affect the cushion, as it'd be warm with a person sat on it too.
If you meant UV, then no - the leather would be dealing with that on its own, which is why modern leathers are clearcoated like paintwork, to preserve the underlying pigment from fading.
