Yes! The car sat for a month and the battery went dead and i changed it and yes ever since then the car would cranck alot better. It may do it every now and then but it cranks just fine now, its still slipping gears tho.
def something I would go to the dealer but sounds as if you have already done this. Have you tried disconnecting the battery and replacing it and see if it resets and everything works.
Ive taken it to the Lexus dealer shop in Charlotte NC 5 times already. They were the ones who couldnt find anything wrong. Almost treated me like i was crazy. And when i proved to them i wasnt crazy they just threw off "oh its the transmission"!!!! Ive even taken it to the Toyoato dealer and they couldnt find any codes. Do you think i should take it to another Lexus dealer? Im out of Ideas and nobody seems like they even want to mess with it.

I think your best bet is a Lex service center as well but all dealers are not equal.
I'm always suspicious of places that look to replace an entire major part instead of tracking down the problem.
I have 2 dealers in my area and they offer completely different levels of service. I found that an oil change at one is $40 cheaper then the other but the service, wait time and even the car wash wasn't as good. The cheaper service also didn't top off my fluids as they claimed they would. Appointments mean nothing at the cheaper location as i dropped my car off and looked at it sitting there for over an hour before it was moved.
