Default Automatic folding side mirrors?

Can I set up my 07 side mirrors to fold when I lock the car and unfold when start button is On automatically? I bought my car used and didn't come with any manuals.
Thanks

I while back someone posted a link of a site that sends you a new mirror that has a blinker and does this. I was thinking about it but where I live we get ice and I can see my mirror breaking due to that.
