How can I make a serious complain to Lexus Japan
Dear All,
I am based in HK and I hv been driving my GS300 for 2.5 years since it was new, I hv warranty for 3 years. My exhaust got rusty and I brought my car back to Lexus and claim for a new Pipe. Lexus HK told me that my car was not serviced enough so the warranty is expried.
I am thinking myself the pipe got rusty does not related to any service at all, so I would like to make a complaint to the Lexus Headquater. It is purely a quality issue. Thanks for your help..!

The only valid thing they could say is you did not keep proper maintenance on it. Things like changing the oil, plugs and anything else the stealership can come up with to get out of warranty work. Don't let them mess with you just call corporate up
