So I wanted to get a new bulb for my rear indicators since mine went out recently. There was a thread on Philips SilverVision bulbs that were super bright and made it so you don't see amber from the housing. Are there any other brands out there that I should try?

I don't want LED because I'm not savvy with the resistors to make the hyper flash go away. I just want some bright amber flashing indicators for my front and rear.

Also the bulb number that I got for 07 GS was 12071 based on a philips lighting guide, but I see a lot of post saying it is 7440.
