Default Bulb type for indicators?

Is 7440 W21W the right bulb type for front and rear indicators?

Yes.
Front and rear indicators use the same type of bulb. W21W. T20.
Big wedge type bulb that toyota has used forever on their cars.

I've never owned a Toyota. The last asian car i had was a 1999 Mitsubishi Galant. That one a proper socket bulbs.

By the way, is it the same for reverse light?

I've ordered my chrome bulbs to
.
The reverse light has a smaller bulb. I looks the same, but the bulb is smaller.
Not sure what that one is called, but if you read the owners manual you'll might find a name for it.
The is a page with a full list of the different bulbs in the car.

I belive the reverse light is 10-15w. It is bigger than the small interior w5w bulbs, but smaller than the w21w bulbs for the indicator.

Best thing to do with this is to order a LED reverse light from www.hidpowerhouse.com
They are a vendor that sells LED bulbs on this forum.

I've gotten all my interior swapped with LED from them, and my reverse light.
Works great
