Default Pairing phone

This has likely been covered many times BUT, I've searched and come up empty.

I have a 2008 GS 350 and want to connect my LG/AT&T (non smart) phone. Can someone point me in the right direction....please? Thanks,

Max

p.s. car came fully equipped but no owners manual.

^ I think your '08 can download a the whole phone book. My '06 I had to download one at the time and almost after every 2 it will disconnect. Only way to get it to connect again is to turn off the car and turn it back on. It was super annoying.

(turn the car back on as in the accessories only, not start the engine)

Occasionally the phone book doesn't show up. Did I do something wrong?

I don't think so, but maybe you're right. The car will usually correct itself and then then poof the phonebook is there. Wierd
