Recently, when I first start the car up, the Nav screen comes on and the screen scroll icon is on the screen. Did I turn some type of option on? It never did this before and I have to hit the map button to get rid of it and lock on to my current position.

 

if it happens all the time that could be a problem, otherwise the 3GS isn't the most reliable Lexus I've owned..

 

Anyone else know what the problem could be? I took out the fuse for awhile to reset the Nav and the problem is still there.

 

U don't get the "I agree" icon?

I notice after I did the map update, I can't get to the overide/maintenance screen anymore. (the one hidden in the volume menu) Anyone else did the update with some issue? Seem like lexus disable this.

 

No, I have it disabled through the VAIS unit that I have installed.
