The seller is simply selling a 6000k philips bulb ..he is NOT selling an Ultinon bulb ...the description doesnt say he is selling Ultinons.. he is selling a XenEco bulb with part number 42402 if you look closely
Those are so called Philips Xenon bulbs are make in China/Taiwan.
PHILIPS never have something like that as far as I know.
All 6000K call Ultinon.
