Lockpick by coastal electronics. Poor service.
I called two days ago and left a voicemail looking for a lock pick kit. I never received a call back. The following day (yesterday) I left a message with a women asking for someone to return my phone call and that I was traveling and if needed leave a voicemail. I was in NY getting ready to board a plane shortly. I was able to fly to Detroit have a lay over get on another plane fly to Las Vegas have another lay over and then fly back to CA and still after 11 hours of traveling never receive a phone call. When I land I call back and leave a voicemail at night informing the salesman that I never got a phone call back and expected one the next day. At 10am PST I call back and try to explain my frustration and I get an attitude like now that I have them on the phone what's the problem. At 1pm PST I receive a call from Carlos on a unknown number asking me to return his call. I then call back and ask for him and again get an attitude when I ask for him and they continue to push and ask how they could help. I couldn't tell them because I couldn't know what the content of his conversation because after two days and multiple phone calls who knows what it was regarding it was two days after my original phone call. When I asked for the manager or owner the person first asked what I wanted and then told me that was them. Which was the first person with the attitude earlier in the day and responded that he already told me that they didn't have the kit I needed. How dense could you really be if you think that your not having the kit is the issue. Customer service and a timely turn around is the issue. If this is how you do business then I don't understand how you could say your salesmen or even claim that you have *customer service to provide. You dint sell to distributors and if someone contacts you they get no response. Either fix your issues or work on a new type of business.
