What is the button for in the passengers footwell for?

2007 GS350

In the 2006 it was for a second set of tires on the Tire Pressure Monitoring System we know this because we use to run a set of summer tire and another set for winter.So we switched between them.

I did look in the manual but did not see anything that is why i put up the post.

That would be under the steering wheel. OP said it's under the passenger footwell. I think it might be to lock the trunk?

You're wrong. The one under the steering wheel is the tpms pressure reset. Valet lockout is in the glovebox. Passenger footwell is tpms set toggle.
