i recently put on new tires and wheels and ever since then ive been hearing a wagon like noise.. i took it to the tire shop and they told me it has nothing to do with the tires.. the sound resembles a crackling like noise, like the tires are loose.. but they arent. anyone know what could be the problem?

 

Well for every new tire you need to brake them in, which requires 500 miles that's only if its actually the tire.
