Exclamation DVD Question

Hi,

My car is GS 2007, is there any way to burn mp3 tracks on DVD instead of CD ?

i've tried once, but it didn't work , any ideas?

not that i know of. I just use the CD's and burn mutiple mp3 albums. I usually fit around 5-6 albums on a single CD. If anything, get a zune or ipod and put all your music on that ?

You can only burn to a CD, not a DVD, unfortunately.

You can burn mp3's to DVD if you have a DVD writer, sure. Do you mean can the GS play them?

If you have a CD drive, then no. If you have DVD video, not sure if it will also play music DVD's.

but that's dvd-a format, not mp3 files on dvd. overall you can't put as many songs

^ you are right of cause, but here's the layout see which one is best:

CD - not many songs
DVD-A - A lot more songs than CD
MP3 - doesn't work

i agree. however, i have never tried, but i think i read before that a dvd-a disc contains more or less about the same number of songs compared to mp3 cd disc (of course data rate everything counts). if that's the case, considering how much trouble it is to create dvd-a disc with no audio quality gain, then might as well do mp3 cd
