Clear the codes with any old cheap code reader, bring it somewhere that they read codes for free, or just drive it long enough that they clear themselves if whatever set it off doesn't happen any more.

Yikes, you didn't see a DOLLY on the road? If there is damage from it, you should call your insurance people right away I guess. I'm not sure who's really responsible for running over large objects that shouldn't be on the road.

Depending on what got smacked, it could have unplugged or destroyed a number of sensors under the car like ABS sensors, O2 sensors, knocked your cat loose... inspect it carefully.

if you ran over a dolly on the freeway I would say the lights would be the least of your concerns. If the lights are on its because something is busted or not right. I would take it to the dealership and let them check out. Self diagnosis is not a good idea and shutting off warning lights without having the possible issue addressed is even worse

If the amount of work warrants it, I would think that your insurance would cover this. You should call your insurance agent and get their opinion. If they can do something, at the very least you would have to pay your deductible.

Insurance would cover it however you would be subject to your collision deductible and also you would see a rate increase seen as how it is a collision regardless if the object wasn't suppose to be there. I have been an insurance agent for years and come across this on a daily basis.
