Has anyone purchased a set of the Brake Fit Kit for their brakes ? I was going to order a set and wanted to know if anyone has installed them already. Thanks.

I guess what are you trying to accomplish? Are you replacing your brakes soon?

 

I just replaced them but I still hear a noise when I take my foot off the brake. Sounds like the pads shift a little bit. I soppose this makes the brakes fit properly and don't allow them to shift around ?

 

did you get a shim kit? i bought front brakes from my dealer last year and they sold me the pads along with the shim kit. no brake fit kit

 

I did not buy a new shim kit. I just cleaned the old ones and added the grease and then replaced with OEM brakes. Are you recommending me to buy a new shim kit ?
