Default True or False?

After taking my IS in for dash rattles, I asked the sales associate about the GS having any rattle issues. He said the earlier 06 models did, but no the new ones. He also said the GS-F is going to be out in fall or next summer, with a $75k price tag?

He's wrong. 08's rattler too. In fact, I think all years rattle. Of course as the earlier models rattle more it seems but the typical rattle/creak in the 3GS is when it's cold out.

And about the GS-F, he has no clue.

FALSE, my 08 had just as much rattle if not more

GSF, nothing more than speculations.

I've head my 08 AWD for almost 2 years, the car has 19K miles, never head any rattle issues.

The only reason I hear any rattles is because of this forum. Damn you people.

first thing you should learn, never believe what a sales person at a dealership says.

The salesman is either stupid, a liar, or misinformed.

Misinformed would be giving a him a huge benefit of the doubt.

All GS's come standard with rattles. Should be listed on the window specs.

GSF maybe the outlier, but agree with previous poster, it is pure speculation.

LMAO. That's probably true for many especially if this is the first "luxury" car or if you came from a rattle box.

So will Lexus ever fix the rattles? Do Audis and Infinitis have these issues?

+1000 Mine's 18 months old with 31k miles, and 0 rattle. I think it all depends on where you live, and if it's cold or not there.

mine was fixed first time around and now very quiet

audi, bmw, infiniti all got their share of rattles. don't even ask me to start talking about rattles in my m3. i have driven quite a few audi (not new from the lot, but my friends' cars), yup, some rattles randomly. infiniti, my friend swears he's not getting another infiniti coz' of the rattles in his car
