Use a breaker bar... find some piece of metal tubing around and that will let you crank any bolt off no problem. I have to resort to doing that every spring when I change the oil on my motorcycle because I torque the snot out of it out of fear of creating an oil slick under me.
WTF, now my brakes even SQUEAK at warm temperature (65~75)!!!
It is too freaking embarrassing to be driving around town with the SQUEAKY bakes (my wife refused to ride in my GS after the incident at the valet at the NorthPark Center, last Xmas), I am seriously considering leaving my toy at the service department till new TISB is release in the summer (it was told by my service advisor)...
Hopefully it would really resolve the issue, at least it did on the F-SPORT sway bars' bushings (I am of the lab rats for the past two month, should be released by the summer also)!!!
I got the dustless TSIB brake pads after 750 miles on my '08....absolutely no dust and no squeaks. couldn't be any happier.
I'm waiting until I need new brakes to use the TSIB. I am just dealing with the dust and washing my wheels every week and then I can save the money on having to replace them later.
wangners ceramic brakes at advance auto parts...lifetime warranty and no brake dust at all!!! been using these brakes for yearrrrs....everycar ive own!
