Knocking noise when pressing accelerator

I have always noticed that these engines are rather noisy they all have ticking idle, as far as engine knock i have a slight lifter tap every blue moon upon start up. I run full synthetic oil and believe that this helps however hopefully one day Lexus will step up and make it a recall campaign to correct the issues that are widely known and discussed amongst many Lexus owners,
Listen to an 80s BMW, sounds the same... tap tap tap.. injector noise.
haaa funny but i heard the same noise today at around 2k rpm btw my is 2nd gen. gs happen rite after i fil up on chevron with premium feul????i always used PREMIUM gasoline!!!! 145xxxx miless on engine. seems like the noise comes out from the back when i rolled the window down idk???
