Default ***Official 3GS BBK Thread***

Those members that have aftermarket BBK on your GS if you can post pics and what you have in this thread please so I may post it in the master FAQ thread for anyone that may have questions in the future. As much information as you can share would be great.

Thank you for your help

Here is what I have to post. Rotora 6 pot Front BBK only. Replaced all rotors on the car and never put the rear BBK on my car. My aftermarket rims won't clear them due to the Disc Type. You can order rims to allow BBK to fit your Front & Rear.

My OEM rims clear the BBK so I can use my OEM rims during the winter months for those that are not fortunate to drive with Summer Rims all year round.

Here are a few close up pics.

Mike,

How much did the front set of Rotora's run you? And, where do you get replacement pads from? I guess that question is a general one for all BBK's. Are they only available from the maker of your BBK?

Thanks

I got mine from Nigel. The rear BBK hit my door step today. I have 6 pot in the front and now will have 4 pot in the rear. Nigel took good care of me and is basically in your backyard compared to me. I can't recall what pads they came with but I should be able to tell you later today. You can order replacements as I have almost new pads on the rear OEM brakes and Rotora's slotted rear rotor. If you plan to do the fronts only then I will have the rear pads and rotors for sale to replace and match the fronts by next week. They will do me no good now.
