Some guy is selling a pair of 6000k D4S bulbs BNIB for $50 + 1 year warranty. Do you think its a good deal? and the brand is Supervision. Anyone tried these bulbs yet or heard any cons/pros about them?thanks

 

They are probably junk, if you want something decent get a pair of garax 6ks, they are probably your best bet

 

You can buy the real OEM deal off EBay for under 80.00 a pair to your door and get something that will last for years... why skimp here?

 

I think you should get a nice set of bulbs........not something that is cheap.

 

What brands do you guys recommend? I've seen some people post Garax and PIAA, cant seem to find any on Ebay though.

just my opinion, but I dont think your going to gain much in an aftermarket HID, the OEMs work just fine in the projector assembly. I had great luck here http://stores.ebay.com/HID-CONCEPT

I put PIAAs in my fogs last week and they are definitely whiter, but just replacing the older HIDs with new ones, made them nice and white again, and they are a nice color temp balance now with the PIAAs, as they are both in the low 4xxx range.
