Default Anyone running 20" wheels with Eibach Pro Kit? Pls post pics.

Still debating on DF210s vs Eibach Pro Kit. I've seen some great pics of peeps' GS's with 20" wheels on DFs, but haven't seen many with Eibach Pro Kits.

If you have 20's on Eibach Pro Kit springs, would love to check out your pics.

Biggest concern was rub, but some great members told me with the right tire set up, DFs won't rub (20x9.5, 245/30/20; 20x10.5, 275/30/20).

So now my concern is the ride characteristics. Definitely don't want the bumpy feeling.

thanks.

again, 245/30 and 275/30, they are not the same profile, there are more rear sidewall than the front. if that's what you want then sure, but i wouldn't get that setup for 9.5 and 10.5

if you are willing to run spec diameter, i would go with 245/30 (or 255/30) and 285/25.

if you want more cushion and go overspec, i would do 245/35 and 285/30

again, offset is very important coz' otherwise you can easily rub and you will have to play with tire size

but in general, assuming you run around 245/255 front, and then 275/285 rear, your profile should be 35 front and 30 rear (overspec), or 30 front and 25 rear (spec). that will give you closely matched front and rear overall diameter, which is what factory spec is. 30 front and rear will make the rear overall diameter to be 1" larger than front. personally i don't see the reason why do that. not that it will cause harm to your car (unless you have awd), but i don't see the reason neither

you are welcome. there are a lot of other useful information on wheels and tires setup too, make sure you look at them as well

just keep in mind on wheel setup, there is no definite. because of all the variations (even down to the brand and model of tires), you have to account for everything to make sure there is no rubbing, etc...

Stick with the usual specs people run with on here for the 3GS.

20x8.5 or 9 for the front
20x10 for the rear

offsets, listen to rominl. If you get the proper tires and don't mind over or under specs compared to stock then you won't have rubbing issues.
