Just purchased a used 2006 GS300. I noticed last night while I was driving that the small round overhead light in the middle will not go off, is there a switch or setting to turn it off?

If you mean that small LED, its ambient lighting.

So...no... it comes that way so that you can see the center console, drinks, etc., while driving at night.

if you turn the dimmer down to the lowest setting, it goes out.

Wait till he finds out about the LED light under the driver's sun visor shining on the steering wheel's Lexus logo. That will really freak him out

Definitely a nice touch to light up the Lexus symbol. I like how the inside door handles light up too. Pretty slick.

It's too bad the LED light under the driver's sun visor shining on the steering wheel doesn't help you see the dimly lit buttons on the wheel better.

Yeah...I agree. I wish the buttons were brighter. I wonder if there's some sort. If aftermarket bulb we can put in to brighten it up.
