Default Rear heated seats

------------------HEATED REAR SEATS--------------------------------

NOTE: When a installer is in the zone, he's in the Zone.

I forgot to take pictures of the heater pads and putting them inside the seat but i will try and get some

Total cost $160= heating pads, wire, switches
$30 = beer
3 hours to do it right

once the seat is off you will see this

you will cut off the metal rings that hold the leather on. You will use zip ties to put them back on. only cut off enough rings so the back and the sides of the seat are accessible. ( so both hands can get in the seat)

once the heater pads are in and trim ( you will only have to trim the heater pad on your back ) the heater pads come with tape to hold them on and the tightness of the leather will hold them as well. Make sure the cord is facing out

***THE BLACK WIRES ARE THE HEATER PAD WIRES****
( I forgot to take some of the pictures but i will get some)

Now run the wires

make a spot for the buttons and run the wires to them

Then install both parts of the seats and enjoy ( ladies love it )

Any questions feel free to ask

Wow! I want that too. Did you put the heater pads into the seats and the backs, or just the seats? Are there any relays involved? Where did you buy the heating pads?

i bought the pads local they cost 160$ cdn for 4 pads. 2 for your ***, 2 for your back

there are relays involved but EVERYTHING COMES PREWIRED woooooooo!!!!! the worst part about the install is cutting the metal clips off and getting the center console off.

Very nice mod!!!

But I will have to pass on it, the only time I have people in my back seats is when I am babysitting my nephews!!!

Yeah I like it a lot too and it's definitely a cool feature to have, especially for the passengers, but not now for me. Maybe some day when I have more than myself in the car more than 10% of the time.
