quick question would 275/35-20 and 245/40-20 be too big. i shaved my rear and just molded the inner lining on the front. sitting on nf210. would they rub in any way?

Yes they are. If you really want those widths you should drop down to 245/35/20 and 275/30/20. Just letting you know those fronts will probably rub on a full-lock turn.
newbie question. Iam planning on getting some concavo cw 12 for my 08 gs 350.
Specs are 20/9+38 f and 20/10.5+45 r
Now what size tires / brand should I get for these offsets without doing modifications if possible. iam also planning on dropping it with some bc coilovers.any help is appreciated
245/30 F 285/25 R will keep you at nearly the same rolling diameter as stock. I recommend Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tires. Grippy and have good longevity.
Suspension: Ten CST set to the bottom ( 1 thread short of the bottom) front and rear
Front: 20x8.5/ +40 offset/ Falken FK452 245/30/20
Rear: 20x10 / +40 offset/ Falken Fk452 275/30/20
NO RUBBING
Loving this look. Super clean and classy. A gentleman's GS.

I also switched out the Teins I had for some BC Racing coilovers.
