Hi guys, i was so excited to finally get my tires mounted onto my wheels. My specs are 20x10 et+30 +20 (rears). But i knew i wouldnt be that excited for long,
I went to go put the +30 upfront and it doesn't even sit on my hub, maybe only on 3 studs. I had my +20s up front just to see and it sits on the hub but scraps against the caliper. So i went to autozone, and got the cheap 5 lug 5/16 spacer and it sits fine, but it still looks very tight.. I called the vendor ive been going thru for all of this and they recommend the ichiba spacers with the extended studs on there which i think will work. But i am not local to them for me to bring in my car.
I've done so much research on my wheels and i was sure these would clear, but i guess not =(*
My dilemma is what size spacers to get for the fronts

Wow you went with 10 up front? Should have gone with 9.5 or less up front.

Awd,and I got a lot of feed back from guys that are running 10s up front with a lower offset then mines :/ had to be me tho that runs into this issue lol

Are the offsets correct? What's the wheel design like? You should have all kinds of clearance with a +30 since it's pushing the face farther away from the hub. I put my 20x10 +30 up front and I had plenty of clearance.

I forgot what my vendor told me the type of wheel design my wheels are. My wheels are from Rennen International, CSL 2 series. The spokes is kind of concave and flat. But exatacly i see alot of people on the forums running +30s up front or even less and never ran into this issue. Im just so annoyed after getting everything ready for the summer i run to a stupid issue like this.
I got in contact with a fellow member and was suggesting a 10mm wheel spacer up front, but i tried a 8mm and still did not clear. Also even tried my +20 up fronts and it sits on the hub, but still against the caliper and scrapes against the inside of my wheel. I hate doing the math and i believe i would be ok with a 12mm spacer?
Decided to just rock Vossens as my wheels for now.. Vossen CVT in 19x8.5 / 19x10. I did not get the standard Lexus offsets, but rather the more aggressive offsets that were meant for the Nissan 350z/370z. Ran 235/35/19 / 265/30/19 Toyo T1 Sport tires.
I also switched out the Teins I had for some BC Racing coilovers.

I'm loving the look.
Wow that looks nice, what offsets did you go with?
