Got a local Toyota or Lexus dealer? The OEM oil filters are pretty cheap. The oil cap wrench, well that's a different story. They're 64mm. The OEM wrench is pricey at about $50. There is an aftermarket "TOY640" that can be had on-line for about $20 w/shipping.

I bought a filter cap wrench at Auto Zone for under $9.00. Toyota sella the oil filter for $3.00 less than Lexus - same filter!

Mobil 1 use to be a good oil until they change the formula for the US market, but it is still miles ahead of the oil that the Lexus dealers use. The best oil right now is Royal purple, Amsoil and red line in my opinion. The European Castro blend that BMW dealer use is pretty good too.

i agree... i heard the newer Mobil 1 breaks down sooner.... doesn't stand up to bmw's 15k oil change intervals, like before... Amsoil!
