Do you guys think I can get away with offering 40K for this car. Its actually for a friend, i have a GS350. Let me know your thoughts or is 40 stretching it.

You can offer whatever you want to, right?

Common wisdom would suggest that you should have some basis for your offer.

Are you basing $40K on anything in particular?

Assuming it doesn't have Pre-collision, Edmunds has trade-in at $43K

That car has been at Len Stoler for months now. In this market, 40k may be possible.
