thats not too bad considering i was just looking at some of the same cars with the same options selling for about the same price but they all had an average of 50k on them
I paid $29K for mine two months ago in Ohio, but had to play hardball to get the extra grand off. They wanted $30K and didn't move on the price until the end of the month. It was an 06 AWD, ML, NAV and distance sensors. 41K miles and CPO. You might be able to get them down a little more, but that's not a bad price.
Not sure about the SAT question, I don't have it and will not have it installed. I got the dealer to install the winter mats and the Ipod connection for free. Yes, you need an after market IPod connector for the Nano to work. The system installed in my car was from Vais.
To the OP, buy the car if you feel it is a good deal, there are lots of good deals to be had, however you can find a gs350 near that price range i think...
