updating nav system

hello, i wanna change the gen 4 nav system on my 06 gs430 to gen 5 nav system. is there a way i could that

you need the whole system, that's not going to be cheap. something like 5k last time i read?

well, it's a whole new navi/stereo head hardware unit etc. certainly not worth it to me but to each his own. ive been sticking with the $250 dvd upgrade of maps but a new car does sound nice....
